Experienced Leadership. Proven Results.

Results, Not Rhetoric

I have called Olivette home since 1973. For decades, I have worked to make our community safer, stronger, and better for every family. I served three terms on the Olivette City Council and twice as your Mayor because I believe leadership is about delivering results—not making excuses.

I delivered an $11 million community center that serves hundreds of families every year. I led the effort to attract more than $100 million in private investment along the Olive Boulevard corridor, creating new opportunities for businesses and residents alike.

During my time in office, home values in Olivette increased by nearly 50 percent because we invested in our neighborhoods and planned for the future.

I founded Clark Commercial Cleaning, a St. Louis business that creates local jobs and serves clients throughout the region. I earned my MBA from Webster University and a Chancellor's Certificate in Economic Development from UMSL because I believe good leadership requires both vision and practical experience.

I am asking for your vote because I have a record of delivering results. The same leadership that strengthened Olivette can strengthen every community in District 99.

Results, Not Rhetoric.

I am running for State Representative because I believe District 99 deserves leadership that delivers results. I will fight to protect our excellent schools, support safe neighborhoods, spend your tax dollars responsibly, and encourage smart economic growth that strengthens our communities.

I believe government should be transparent, accountable, and focused on serving the people—not politics. I will invest in infrastructure, support our first responders, preserve the character of our neighborhoods, and create opportunities for families, businesses, and future generations to thrive.

I don't believe in empty promises. I believe in proven leadership, practical solutions, and getting the job done.
